Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As a result of the ongoing concerns regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend issuing any new policies whilst we assess the impact of the virus both in the UK and abroad.

Please note that if you are an existing customer, your policy will continue to remain in force and is unchanged.

Notice to all of our Existing Customers

We understand that this is a very distressing time and we are doing all we can to answer your calls and emails as quickly as possible. Due to the volume of queries we are receiving we would like to prioritise those customers who have a wedding in the next 12 weeks. In order to do this we politely request that – for the time being - you only contact us if your wedding date is within this timeframe. We will remove this request as soon as we can.
