Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize draw is run on a month-on-month basis, for example, if you purchase a WeddingPlan policy during the month of January you will be automatically entered into that month’s prize draw.
2. The prize draw is open to all customers who have bought a policy with WeddingPlan during any month that the competition is running.
3. Employees of WeddingPlan and their family members, agencies or anyone connected to WeddingPlan may not be entered into the prize draw.
4. Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
5. To be automatically entered into the prize draw you must purchase a wedding insurance policy from WeddingPlan. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the prize draw, please e-mail us at enquiries@weddingplaninsurance.co.uk with “Prize Draw" in the subject line.
6. Only the main policyholder will be entered into the competition, entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
7. The closing date of each monthly prize draw is 23:59 on the last day of each month.
8. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Each winner will be drawn at random, and the draw will take place no later than the 21st day of the following month.
10. The winner will receive £100 Amazon gift card either by email or by post.
11. WeddingPlan accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
12. The winner will be notified by email no later than the 21st day of the following month. Winners must provide confirmation of how they would like to receive their prize, either by post or email. If WeddingPlan does not receive any response from the winner’s notification, a second attempt will be made within 2 weeks of the 1st notification. If the winner does not respond to WeddingPlan within 30 days of the first notification that they have won, the winner's prize will be forfeited and WeddingPlan shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above . The same process for an alternative winner will apply as above. In the event that the second prize winner does not claim their prize, WeddingPlan will cancel that month’s prize draw and the prize will no longer be offered.
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
14. WeddingPlan retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
15. WeddingPlan shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be found on our website, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize draw entry.
16. WeddingPlan accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. WeddingPlan further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of WeddingPlan for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
17. WeddingPlan reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of WeddingPlan in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. WeddingPlan shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
19. The Prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
20.
