Please tell us what you want to do?
If your wedding date is planned up to and including 30th September 2020, you can move your date by a maximum of 24 months from your original wedding date.
Is your wedding date planned up to and including the 30th September 2020?
Due to the recent change in government legislation whereby weddings are able to take place under new guidelines, we are unable to offer changes to policies at this time.
For the above option (make a change to existing policy) you can amend the following information: Personal details, change of wedding ceremony and reception dates as well at the venue information. Unfortunately any other requests outside of these can not be processed at this time.

Complaint Regarding A Claims Issue
On all correspondence please tell us you are insured by WeddingPlan Insurance and provide the reference number shown in the policy wording along with the unique policy number from your policy schedule. This will help us to validate your policy details and deal with your query as quickly as possible.
If you have purchased the insurance policy online, you may also raise your complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution Portal at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This will forward your complaint to the correct Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme. For insurance complaints in the UK this is the Financial Ombudsman Service. However, this may be a slower route for handling your complaint than if you contact the Financial Ombudsman Service directly.
